Kinder Kid!!
Miles has graduated from preschool. Next year he’s on to bigger and better things as he enters elementary school. Luke and I are having a hard time coming to grips with this.
His preschool teacher, Mrs. Gale, had a ceremony to congratulate all the work these little ones have accomplished.
The kids walked in while Pomp and Circumstance played. I gave a little “awwwwwe” but wasn’t crying at this point.

Special recognition to the 5 year olds moving on to kindergarten.
This song was so cool. All the kids were given a bell and were taught to play their note when Mrs. Gale pointed to their part, I Came to Alabama with a Banjo on My Knee. I was blown away. They did a fantastic job.
Miles reciting his rhyme of choice, Little Boy Blue (I’ve got it on video also).
Miles earned the super student award for always do his best work.
And… this is when I started crying…
Miles insisted on sitting on my lap while we watched a slideshow documenting his year in preschool.

Congratulations Miles! Emrie just wait til his first day of school. You will be crying like a baby when you leave him at school. I m about to cry just thinking about the times I left Brae at her classroom. I cried the whole day Not even kidding! I loved the pic of the kids watching. And of course you. You are so beautiful!
