Time for another haircut . . .
The thought of cutting Miles's beautiful blond locks is very sad to me, but after I've actually done it, I remember how great he looks with short hair. He's got the perfect round head and fantastic eyes :)
~I have to make note about the adoption fireside Luke and I attended last night. I struggle with patience in searching and finding our next birth mother and baby and I'm so glad for our connection with FSA to remind me of the bigger plan. My thoughts about the fireside are a little too personal and emotional to write on our blog, but email me if you'd like some incite into my world :) I took a week off jogging because of dealing with a migraine and feeling sick last week, so I was so energized this morning to be out in the fresh air and be alone with my thoughts. I was actually holding back tears at 6 in the morning thinking about our perfect baby Miles and how blessed we are to have him placed in our arms for safekeeping . . .
~I am so grateful for my wonderful husband. Seriously, he is perfect for me! I love what a fantastic father he is. Miles and I have our fun during the day, but as soon as Daddy is home, my playtime with him is over. I love that Miles is Daddy's boy and know how much Luke loves and needs that from his little man. Blah, blah, I'm an emotional wreck! Thanks for listening ;)

I love the new haircut! He is as cute as can be!
You are so strong Emrie! I'm glad you've offered us a glimpse into your life. You are an amazing person.
I had to take 5 days off of running for a bad cough/cold and felt relieved when I started again-- just to gather thoughts and feelings-- it's such a great outlet.
You have a wonderful family and I can only see it getting better (and bigger)!!
Emrie thanks for sharing some of your thoughts. Miles is a beautiful little boy and anyone can see what wonderful parents you both are to him. By the way, you've inspired us to take swim lessons with Calvin and Noah- they both love it! So thanks for the idea:)
Emrie, you are a wonderful mother which we can see from Miles. And I know your next baby is coming very soon. The Lord needs mothers like you to raise his kids. I would love to be your listener if you need one anytime. You are the best sister I have. And I care about you in every way.
