Australia Day
Saturday was Australia Day and our friends' daughter's one year birthday party.
Happy Birthday Lillian!!
You can't have Australia Day without pasties! Lara made them, and they were delish! She went all out for the day with pink everything: balloons, candies, cupcakes, pinata, bubbles and even a pin the bow on Lillian game! I love that! Of course our family had to dress for the Aussie occasion :) We were loving the great weather with the sun on our faces. Lillian and Miles played in her new wagon and Miles was especially pleased to play with the new ball she got even though it was pink. It's not often we let him indulge in cupcakes and candy, but I had to give in for the amazing treats Lara made. Oh Happy Day!

I would like to have been there helping to celebrate Aussie Day! Hey Emrie, can you get me the recipe for those pasties? PLEASE!
Looks like you guy really had fun. The picture of three of you is really cute. And we are not so lucky yesterday, Noel started to get sick while we were at church. And Bricdkman "exploded" during sacrement meeting. It was all over the place, his pants, socks, and shoes, even the floor.
Cute! We love our wagon too, although Jak has more energy than he knows what to do with and would much rather run along side than to be pushed in it!!
Awe... too bad she had to share her birthday with Australia Day. Sort of like the kid that has to share it with another holiday.
I'm sure everyone invited had a great time. Miles is so cute and looks so grown up all the sudden! :)
Oh, Xiaojun that's terrible! And in the middle of church! How are they feeling today? We've been really lucky as Miles has only gotten mild cases of the bugs that have gone around.
Thanks Chel! Miles is definitely going through yet another growing spurt and is eating us out of the house :) I'm glad you are enjoying yourself in UT.
GEEZ! and you Youngies haven't even had teenagers yet!!! What will think when you have those hollow legs?!!!
