Preschooler

We sent Masie off on her first day of preschool.

She’s attending Little Sparks preschool with Mrs. Gale on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. The same teacher Miles had last year. I am super excited for Masie to try out the classroom environment. She’s still a little young and a lot wild, but we know she’s smart enough. Hopefully she’ll thrive with the structure and enjoy learning and socializing.

Miles was not happy to be sending off his little sister to school. His school doesn’t start till this coming Monday. Watch Lars in the next several photos. He totally wants in on the kissing action Masie is spreading around. He loves his kisses.

Lyla looking a little stunned at the thought of Masie leaving. Lyla was on edge all morning after Masie left. It’s probably the biggest adjustment for her not having her big sis around. She stuck extremely close to me and asked every few minutes, “Where Masie go?” I’ll have Lyla alone for one hour in the a.m. once Miles starts school since Lars is still taking a morning nap.
